Kosmo's Dirty Bird BBQ Rub

Sometimes in order to win, you've got to play a little dirty. Kosmo came up with this rub designed for poultry perfection, and it was their first one to really take off. It's got a red peppery kick that'll make you keep your cold drink close, but a brown-sugary sweetness to keep you coming back for more.

Ingredients: Salt, sugar, chili pepper and other spices, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, dehydrated onion, disodium inosinate & disodium guanylate, and not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.
